She talked about over use injuries, work at desk with your head pointed down really wears on your neck muscles.
“Trigger points'” can also be caused by the lack of muscle use as well.
Physical trauma to your muscles can be from wrecks and sports injuries.
Emotional trauma can be from stress and can cause tight “trigger points too

Moss will also take the granules off your roof and lessen the life of your roof.
Stan also sees a lot of roofs that don’t have enough ventilation and they are covered in mold in the attic area.
He suggests attic fans that can humidify for heat and moisture.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
What are Your News Years Resolutions Regarding Your Business?
January 17th
We had a great Business Development meeting on the 17th with Lacey Runner and Elaine Kresta sharing their thoughts and tips on both Business and Personal New Years Resolutions.
Lacey with Left Coast Body works started out by telling us she picks one work for the New Year and works her business and personal goals around and in that word. Last year her word was “Growth”; Grow her business, grow personally, etc.
This year her word is “Health”. Health of her business, what’s working, what’s not working. How is her financial “Health” her personal “Health”. On financial health one could look at your bank account, savings account, investment accounts. How healthy are they? Personal Health we should be looking at our personal health, physical, emotional and mental health.
A lot of healthy habits can come from picking just one word each year to build your goals and business plan around.
Elaine Kresta with Simplicity PDX is working along the same lines this year with her New Years Resolution. Her personal goal it to build more muscle and has joined up with Brad Berscheid of RDFit to accomplish her goals. She wants to stay active and remain active and she is taking steps to make her resolution “Acheivable and Measurable”. With this New Years resolution she is forming a new habit.
Forming new habits is a great way to achieve your goals!
A great read would be “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg
Here are some links that Marcy Johnstone of US Bank shared with us.
